About Me
Nadine Doyle is a process design nerd, certified master facilitator, and passionate student of dialogue to build deeper human connection. As founder and principal of Doyle Strategies, Nadine harnesses the power of design, dialogue, and facilitation to help organizations and teams work, think and connect better together.
Prior to founding Doyle Strategies in 2017, Nadine spent 15 years leading strategic partnerships, communications, and policy in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her experience includes nearly a decade at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she managed policy and partnership initiatives across the chronic disease, violence prevention, and infectious disease fields. Nadine has also managed corporate employee communications and media relations, and led domestic and global nonprofit program and marketing initiatives.
An active member of her professional community, Nadine is on the Core Team of Leadership Strategies, serves on the board of directors of the Southeastern Association of Facilitators, and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators. She is a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) and Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF) through the International Institute for Facilitation, and a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) through the International Association of Facilitators. Additionally, Nadine holds a masters of public administration from Georgia State University, and a bachelor of arts in journalism and speech communications from the University of Georgia.
